We collect only what we need to dispatch a truck, service your vehicle and get paid. That typically includes:
- Contact details you give us by phone or text, such as your name and phone number.
- Dispatch and location details, such as the address, cross streets, highway mile marker or GPS pin where your vehicle is, and where you want it towed.
- Vehicle information, such as make, model, color, license plate, VIN and a description of the problem, plus any photos you text us.
- Payment information when you pay for a service. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not keep full card numbers.
This website has no accounts, contact forms or analytics, and it does not set cookies of its own. When you load a page, your browser connects to the third-party services listed under Third-Party Disclosures, which receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of delivering their content.
How We Use Information
- To dispatch a tow truck or roadside technician to your location and keep you updated on arrival.
- To perform towing, roadside assistance, tire and repair work, and to contact you about that work.
- To quote, invoice and collect payment for our services.
- To keep the business records we are required to keep, and to resolve questions or disputes about a service.
- To protect the safety of our customers, drivers and the public.
Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide the service you asked for, or when required by law:
- With a destination you choose, such as a body shop or dealership you ask us to tow to.
- With our payment processor, to complete card and contactless payments.
- With police or other authorities when required by law, or in connection with a towing or vehicle-release record.
Our website uses a few third-party services to display content: Google Maps (the embedded shop map and directions links), Google Fonts (typefaces), Unsplash (photos) and the Tailwind CSS CDN (styling). Each of these providers handles the request under its own privacy policy.
Data Security
We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do the job, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take care to keep your information safe and keep it only as long as we need it for service, billing and record-keeping.

Our services are intended for adults and vehicle owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
